Experience

I am extremely organised and highly efficient.  This ensures that events are organised efficiently and you will always know that everything is under control.  My team follow my organisational lead and methodology, so you can always be confident that you are in safe hands.  We have strong project management skills, having managed a wide range of projects in a number of different fields, including of course, event planning.  We pride ourselves on always achieving our goals.  We always follow best practice where this has been established, or seek to create best practice where it is not already set.  We have exceptional skills at taking projects from initial concept through to completion.  This means that we will agree with you from the start what you want from your event and we will then ensure that this is what you get.

By booking us, you will benefit from our long experience of organising a wide range of events.  We know what works and what doesn't work so well.  We have a good knowledge and application of etiquette and a good network of contacts, although we are always happy to work with your chosen suppliers.

I am an absolute perfectionist.  When I organise your event, I want it to be the best and to be exactly as you want it to be - OK is not good enough.  When I attend your event, I will bring my famous "magic box", packed with solutions to every emergency, so that nothing will be spoiled for you.

You will notice from our first meeting that I am polite, approachable, articulate and clear.  I will always listen to what you want and agree my understanding of it with you.  I am an effective communicator and will use these skills to ensure that you are always up to date with progress and that everyone else involved knows everything they need to know.  I am a good mediator and am calm, especially when you may be feeling the pressure.  My manner gives confidence to those around me so you will know that I will always do my bit, which will give you the confidence to enjoy your event.

I am very strong, both in terms of integrity and personality.  I have a quiet determination to succeed, which will ensure that your event is exactly what you want it to be.  I am a strong and experienced manager, flexible and self-motivated.  I am not easily fazed by things and take everything in my stride, so you can be assured that I can deal with anything - even the more challenging requests such as an inland beach or a rodeo reindeer.  I also have very strong backup and an excellent team - between us we can really make things happen.

Finance and Charges

As a qualified accountant with over 20 years experience, I am ideally suited to help you set and manage the budget for your event.  I have strong cost management skills and always strive for cost efficiency.  Where I can achieve savings, I will pass them on to you.  My accounting skills and professional integrity mean you can be confident that all records I keep will be accurate and that you will always receive clear reports on what you are spending.

Because we offer such a wide range of services, we don't have a fixed price list but instead will provide you with an individual quotation following a consultation to gain an understanding of your requirements.
